Newburgh is a village located in northeast Nebraska, United States. The population was 62 at the 2010 census. Newburgh is part of the Sioux City, IA–NE–SD Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is situated in the northeastern corner of Stanton County, near the border with Dakota County.
The village was platted in 1873 as Newburgh Station, when the Chicago, St. Paul, Minneapolis & Omaha Railroad extended its line into the area. It was named in honor of Newburgh, New York.
