The ECO seems to consider those funds to be funds parking. You did not explain to his satisfaction that you did not just borrow the money, which is something many applicants to to make their bank statements look better.
Since they do consider funds parking as a form of deception, you might be best advised to make your next application with the help of a lawyer who specializes in visa issues.
