Canon law is for rites, not geographical regions.
There is only one Code of Canon Law applicable to the entire Latin Rite; its canons 1055-1165 are on marriage.
Another code is for the Eastern Rites: Codex Canonum Ecclesiarum Orientalium; its canons 776-866 govern marriage.
However, there are provisions in canon law for local laws, at least in the 1917 Code
