Unusual placing of a second impression of a USA visa immigration stamp. Does it mean anything?

It is an old INS practice to discourage use of stolen visas. It is not a problem.

I would not worry too much. As long as you have the stamp that shows their date of entry into the country, that’s all you need. It seems like you have done everything by the book, therefore there is nothing to worry.
- Is there any departure tax to pay at the airport when leaving Thailand?
- Is it easier to unlock my phone and have it activated with a local provider in another country or to buy a local pay and talk phone?
