Fort Rodd Hill is a 19th-century coastal artillery fort, located on a seaside bluff in Colwood, British Columbia, Canada. Established in 1895 as a component of the British Columbia Defences, it is now a National Historic Site of Canada comprising three historic infantry-gun batteries, Guard House, Commanding Officer’s Quarters and numerous military and domestic buildings, distributed over three distinct areas. The Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse National Historic Site is one of the best preserved artillery batteries and coastal defence installations in Canada with extensive views of Esquimalt Harbour and the Strait of Juan de Fuca.

The decision to build a fort was taken during the late 19th century in response to concerns about a possible attack by the United States. The fort was designed to defend the entrance to Esquimalt Harbour and Victoria and was initially equipped with 18 guns. By 1902 the fort contained 15 or 16 artillery pieces ranging in size from 12 to 6 inch guns.

The fort underwent a period of neglect after the First World War and some of the buildings were beyond repair. In 1936 a major renovation of the fort began and the keep was fully restored by the Depression-era Works Project Administration. In 1957 the fort was transferred to the Royal Canadian Navy for use as a signals training centre. In the 1960s the fort was again neglected and became a source of concern for local citizens.

In 1970 Fort Rodd Hill and Fisgard Lighthouse became a National Historic Site of Canada and the federal government set about restoring it.
