Ayia Triada is a small village situated in the Paphos region on the south-western coast of Cyprus. It is approximately 5 kilometers south of Paphos and adjacent to the villages of Pegeia and Kissonerga.

The village is situated on an agricultural plain, mostly surrounded by olive groves, and pine forests. The landscape is dominated by the Troodos Mountains in the east and it has a lovely mountainous view from the village.

Ayia Triada is believed to have been inhabited since the Iron Age.
