Arab, Alabama is a small city located in Marshall County, Alabama, United States. The population was 8,050 at the 2010 census. It is one of three city’s in the county, the other two being Albertville and Guntersville. The city is served by Marshall Medical Center South and Marshall Technical School.

Arab is located in a rural part of the state, near the Tennessee border, and is known for being a mostly residential area with a relatively small industrial sector. Historically, Arab has been populated by local farming families, many of whom have had connections to the city for generations. The city was incorporated in 1892, and since then has grown in both population and size.
